Coca-Cola Venison Cube Steak
DESCRIPTION:
This is the simplest way to do your Venison Cube Steak.
Ingredients:
- Venison Cube Steak
- Salt & Pepper
- Flour
- Milk
- Eggs
- Vegetable oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash and drain the cube steak thoroughly in a colander. Marinate 4-6 hrs in regular coca cola. Add salt and pepper to the flour. Dredge steak in egg and milk mixture and then coat in flour. Fry in iron skillet until done.
And if you like, make gravy, biscuits, fried potatoes for side items.
